is there a slight grammar mistake in the bylaws? They read
Each organization *appointing* a single representative to the Advisory
Board based on a yearly fee to be determined by the BoD.
but should rather be
Each organization *appoints* a single representative to the Advisory
Board based on a yearly fee to be determined by the BoD.
Or am I mistaken?
