Dirk-Peter, Given your recent comments<http://www.centerbeam.com/news/Cloud-Computing/Cloud-services-freed-by-open-source-technology-CBOID82533075-GRPOID50590013/View.aspx>about Open Cloud:
"Open cloud can be thought of as the 'friendly cousin' of open source, and > thought of as a definition of explicit rights or freedoms, much like that in > the open source definition," I thought you might be interested in today's launch of the Open Cloud Initiative (OCI) <http://www.opencloudinitiative.org/> at OSCON, and in particular the symbiotic relationship<http://www.opencloudinitiative.org/about>between Open Source and Open Cloud. I wonder if you would mind if we were to use this quote in our press release later today, as it is surprisingly well aligned with our thinking (see Open Cloud Principles <http://www.opencloudinitiative.org/principles>), or failing that, if there are other ways you think we can work with RedHat. Kind regards, Sam
