This is from the same estate as the Heathkit antenna tuner sold recently. Unit is quite clean considering its age. The 'delay' indicator for the exciter did light up, but then turned off just before I took the picture. The needle on the scale did not go anywhere until the selector was moved to the 'HV' position. No further testing has been done as I do not have the expertise (or a license). As the meter is just under 2kV for the HV, I would prefer not to poke around inside to check any voltages anyway.
