Unit is quite clean considering its age. The 'delay' indicator for the exciter did light up, but then turned off just before I took the picture. The needle on the scale did not go anywhere until the selector was moved to the 'HV' position. No further testing has been done as I do not have the expertise (or a license). As the meter is just under 2kV for the HV, I would prefer not to poke around inside to check any voltages anyway.
