And the new "Request CPU reschedule: Idle state change" message. 24-Apr-2009 14:05:58 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] Request CPU reschedule: files downloaded 24-Apr-2009 14:20:16 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] Request enforce CPU schedule: Checkpoint reached 24-Apr-2009 14:43:16 [s...@home] Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. 24-Apr-2009 15:05:16 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] Request CPU reschedule: application exited Yes, I think I am real interested in 6.6.24+ when I can run it without losing 20% of my computing power. Though, the other issues seem to have made my system a lot quieter than in the past. For one thing MW is not issuing work like it used to ... and I think the debt growth bug is keeping me from getting a good mix of work... I really am dying to know how many times a day this event is run ... once every 60 seconds, every time you bump the mouse, every time a scheduler request is made, on upload, on download, what else ... I still say it is madness ... If we are doing it once every 60 seconds there is NO need to do it on an event basis also. IF the deadline is in less than 60 seconds you are not going to make it anyway ... _______________________________________________ boinc_dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.ssl.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/boinc_dev To unsubscribe, visit the above URL and (near bottom of page) enter your email address.
