NO credits would be removed.  Additional awards would be made to  
encourage a desirable behavior.

And this is being done at GPU Grid and already has generated  
controversy as does their short deadlines because these policies  
benefit the "rich" as it were that can afford faster processing  
elements.

With mostly GTX260 or better cards I can almost always get the fast  
return "bonus" where people with low end cards can barely get the  
result returned by the deadline and if they queue up two or more tasks  
they are not going to qualify because each task takes almost the full  
deadline interval ...
