Anything in the Telephony options in Control Panel? Anything set in the Network options->TCP/IP->Properties->Advanced->WINS? Anything in DNS? Anything in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings ?
