Patches to make pages translatable are here, with more to come: http://bitbucket.org/nicolas17/project-web-tra/src/ (Yes, that's a versioned repository containing patches that apply over another versioned repository ;) Do *not* apply pseudolocalization.diff. That is only for testing. The rest apply cleanly over r20179, in the order listed in the 'series' file. (although at the moment they can be applied in *any* order; no two patches touch the same file) There is information about each patch in its header, before the actual file diffs. You may want to just review but not commit the patches until I change more.
