It is supposed to be the unscaled Daily quota for each application.
However, it appears to not be that based on the computers in my account.
Most of them have never, as far as I am aware, returned an error for SETI,
yet they are reporting the number of tasks returned since the new code went
into effect as the Max per day.  In the case of these machines, it matters
very little as they are doing work for other projects as well and therefore
only do one or two tasks per week for SETI. The exception to this is the
single computer that has a CUDA card in it - it is subject to the
occasional string of CUDA errors based on the problem with CUDA disabling
the video card.

It is reset for some hosts, some not. We have been unable to determine
what makes the difference.
