I disabled account creation on mediawiki for the time being.

The recent burst of spam is about 50 "user talk" entries:
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/w/?title=Special:Recentchanges&limit=500

I deleted about 10 of these, and blocked the accounts.
If anyone wants to finish this up, please do so.
It's a lot of clicking; doesn't seem like mediawiki
provides a way to do this in bulk.
