Hi David,

As far as I understand, apache runs as user 'www-data', and I made sure
that scheduler.log is writable by the group.

                        -rw-rwSrw- 1 www-data www-data 43879 May 27 21:04
log_debian6/scheduler.log

So it would seem that there is some other problem.
