FDL secara resmi udah bubar. Padahal ini kelompok Ultras tertua dan paling mandiri. Saat bubar mereka bahkan jual 'asset' seperti gerbong2 kereta, bis dan kendaraan2 yang biasa angkut rombongan keliling Italia atau Eropa. Penyebab bubar resminya sih : "untuk menjaga nama baik AC Milan". Karena pada perkembangannya, banyak anggota yang bikin keributan diluaran sehingga gosipnya kelompok ini ditunggangi kepentingan politik tertentu dan mafia.
Sekarang anggota bebas melebur ke kelompok Ultras lain macam Brigatte RossoNere (BRN), Ultras Guerero atau kelompok2 kecil lain. Fossa Dei Leoni itu artinya Sarang Singa. Kelompok ini dulu paling sering bentrok dengan Ultras Interisti yang dimotori Boys San dan Irriducibili.
