Hi Martin, forgive we if I write too ignorance on program. I think "line variables" are not likely to be used for tag system. Tag is a "page-level" feature, it would be better to use page/text variables to do the tag things. "Line variables" are targeting to lines, there should be one thing first, that every line has a special id (line number). Dynamical is ok, like [(include)] did. > And will a hiddenfield really solve Linlys problem which could be > something like: How to simulate a flat file database on one single > page? (which would make backup and maintenance easy) This time I am not thinking a "flat file database". :) The "flat file database" I think we should count on Dan's new INFO feature. :) "Line variables" do not have the power as page/text variables do. The usages of line variables are very limit but it can result special usage, like free sorting and edit-in-place. I don't know programming so I may be wrong.
