I always thought HTML is english. You use table, cell and row in html even if you are creating websites in spanish or german or chinese, don't you?
But I would agree that there could be a site.markup to have sitewide consistent markup and to add/change the values if desired. Even with a disclaimer that changing the values may result in unwanted outcomes.
