Aha. I always forgot the if condition can be used in skin. Here is my
code(the "!" should be added):

<title>==[if ! equal {p} main]$$title | [if]$$name==</title>

If one visit the homepage (=main) of a site, the html only showing the
site name inside the <title> tag. Others would display both the
"PageTitle" and the "SiteName".
