Tested in FF3, the rename works this time. I've further tested "undo".
Unfortunately it failed.

The stamp file was saved, but the action.history say "No history
available for this page."

The utf page name now is compatible with utf tags.

I turn on the "utfPages: true" and use standard infotags solution,
which means don't use the "<(utf encode {+p})>", I can list the page
with the certain tag by using [(info report)]:

[(info report if="inlist {p2} {info.tags::{+p}}" target=info.tags
fmt='* [[{+p}|+]]')]

Still I can't get the standard [(info tags)] to list the results.

Cheers,
linly
