I'm a bit at a loss here. Not really sure how to solve the problems in info tags when the pages have UTF page names. Value is fine, but not page names. Same with indexed searches, etc.
Probably need to encode all the fields. Anyway, I'm taking a break for now. Maybe an inspiration will hit me and we can make another couple major steps forward. At least there has been some progress.
