Excellent suggestion, see the release just out. Used id=boltform.  If
it needs more let me know...

Guess I should have put some css in the core, as a model for people to
style with, but that would have likely broken some skins. (We can do
for 3.xx if we wish...)  Still css should override the html.

Also I only put in the forms with large boxes. Do you suppose it might
be worth putting in every boltwire action with a form?
