Hey, I've been doing a lot more tinkering with this skin. And
actually, accidentally uploaded it live to the server.  :)   Please
browse around and let me know of any pages that don't quite display
right. The CSS is still not perfect but it's getting there.

Also the new test page has gotten a really awesome upgrade... Check it
out now. I'll tinker with columns another time...  But the colors are
fun!  It's a snap to make this page control settings sitewide, but
then I would have to stick it somewhere only admins could tinker with.
And that would spoil all the fun!

Oh, don't forget to check the source to see the meta tags...
