In general, that is how most Wiki's work. You put on the page what you want, and then go back and upload it via the empty links. This gets around the learning curve a lot as they have a graphical representation of the types of commands they are used to. 2) You can create custom forms (actions) to create new articles. That is what I have been doing for application like entries. The newly created page has a predetermined layout that makes it easier for the user to know what looks like what and how they work. 3) Setup a sandbox with examples of various formatting examples.
