I'm new to Boltwire, this is a little hard to digest but I want to
understand what it does.
[if ! equal {p0} 1 && ! equal '{action}' '' && ! equal {p1} action]!
I'm assuming
if the first part of the page name is not equal to "1", and an action
is not being called, and the second part of the page name is not equal
to "action" then show 'content' before next [if] or [else].
But the content is not shown on action pages...
What's it for?
