Yes, we have had in the past at least--and these users consistently
report crashes whenever I use a php5 only function by accident. I'm
thinking of one or two users in particular--and unless they tell me
they have upgraded servers, I have to assume they haven't.

Even on my server--it is still running on php4 by default except for a
.htaccess config line I can set to switch to php5. It has caused me
grief a time or two when I accidently deleted the file. I guess this
is to avoid breaking sites designed on php4--new ones are php5 of
course--so it is likely common on other servers as well.

I have no problem changing the requirements for BoltWire, and at some
point we will have to/want to I'm sure. But I'm waiting until we have
a really compelling reason to make the switch.

Cheers,
Dan
