Not sure why I didn't think of this before but by creating a page called mobile and assigning a mobile style sheet, top, bottom and additional "mobile" pages, I can then access the site using my Cell phone browser and get pretty good results.
Need to "miniturize" stuff so that it fits better, and in the case of my test, which is a weather site, add to the plugin output sized for mobile use.. Example: http://test04.tnet.com/mobile Note that on a regular browser, you just get a larger view of the same.
