Try going into site.config and changing blockslashes from true to false and see if that doesn't help.
I had a problem with BoltWire adding slashes on some servers--not sure why. This was an old utility function to block this bad behavior on those servers. Haven't looked at it in awhile. It may be worth poking into it some more...
