Wow, I never thought of that! I used to think that smoking calmed me but NOT. It IS a stimulant and I seem to be much calmer now. But then I'm retired and have little aggravation in my life. What a joy! I like those sugar free Creme Savers; keep a bunch in my purse and one just can hit the spot sometimes. Linda/ct
