I'm going to be gone most of tomorrow so I'm listing the books I read this past week today.
DEADLY DISCRIMINATION by Lorie Ham. Well written with an interesting plot and surprise ending. We've had Father Brown. Ham introduces us to Pastor Mike. A little heavy on the fundamentalist cause but this book should go over well in Christian Bookstores. FOUR FALSE WEAPONS by John Dickson Carr. An oldie but still a very good read. FIST FULL OF RAIN by Greg Rucka. Rucka is at the top of his form in this one. Excellent writing. Unfortunately, I found little to identify with in alcoholic rock stars, dope peddlers and ex-cons.
