Aw Sheelagh, that's terrible.  The physio is quite nasty, isn't it?  
Do you faithfully repeat the exercises every day?  I have to say 
that the shoulder exercises are the ones that can reduce me to tears.

I'm coming to Sherborne next summer for my cousin's wedding!  Do you 
live near there, at all?
