Valley Stream, just east of the Green Acres Mall. I used to live in Glendale, right off the Interboro Parkway and Forest Park. I loved it there, but the houses were too expensive so we moved to Long Island, now they are priced CRAZY here! Just two months ago, the cape next to me went to $410.000- that is whatout new bathroom or new kitchen!
