I virtually stopped reading for pleasure in 2003 but the 50BookChallenge on LiveJournal helped me re-kindle my reading fire in 2004, so to speak, and once again I can't live without books in my life... I remember a quote from Terry Brooks in his memoir, "Sometimes The Magic Works". He said: "I cannot imagine life without books any more than I can imagine life without breathing."
