Quantum Reality by Nick Herbert is a good one. It's
about as basic as you can make something like Quantum
Physics (which, honestly isn't very basic). You may
have to plod through it slowly, but it's the easiest
I've come across so far.

a good book (with some science, but not COMPLETELY
technical) about
Quantum Physics?

I'm really interested in learning more & am leary
about getting in
over my head.

Thanks a bunch,
