I just got a weird Bookcrossing idea. I call it a reverse book relay, because instead of the books traveling to people, people travel to the books. OK, so this may sound like a simple wild release, but this is how it works.
You release a book, but the person who catches that book has to release a book that has the same theme as the one you left - for example, science fiction, books with "Black" (or some variant thereof) in the title, books about animals, etc. An obvious problem is that most anybody could pick up the book, perhaps a non-BCer or a BCer who doesn't know better. Thus, the book would have to be left in a secure location, preferably in the care of a trusted person. Any suggestions on how this could work?
