Also, some people may unfairly appear on one of those lists due to a misunderstanding or a lack of communication. Everyone should be given an opportunity to defend themselves and even then we know not all PM's make it to their destination. So, it's good to have lists, but take it with a grain of salt. -tabby90

I prefer to check up on would-be bookring participants myself, on a case-by-case basis, and by looking at their own bookshelves, journal entries, and any forum posts made by or about them. This isn't perfect either - and does take a bit more time - but I think it's more likely to be helpful than relying on a list alone. Here's a recent post of mine in the Bookring forum explaining how I generally go about this, FWIW: http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/20/3276098 Hope that helps! -GoryDetails See the books I've set free at: http://bookcrossing.com/referral/GoryDetails Have you told a friend today? http://bookcrossing.com/tellafriend Archives and email list settings: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BookCrossing SPONSORED LINKS Writing book Writing a book Writing child book Book writing software Writing a book report Business writing book --------------------------------- YAHOO!
