Also, some people may unfairly appear on one of those lists due to a 
misunderstanding or a lack of communication.  Everyone should be given an 
opportunity to defend themselves and even then we know not all PM's make it to 
their destination.  
  So, it's good to have lists, but take it with a grain of salt.
