1. Since I haven't yet seen a message about this on yahoo, I figured I'd post
this in case any of our unwinged friends haven't yet heard: the forums are now
back open to all. I've just been reading the forums without logging in, and
it's been working fine for me. The following message began appearing earlier
today:

2. On another note, I just wanted to call "last call" on my rabck bookbox.
I'll be drawing names on Saturday, Sept. 2. In case you happen to have any
problems on the forum, my original post is below.

ORIGINAL POST ON BC FORUM - WISHLISTS: The Great RABCK Bookbox
My one-year BC anniversary is next week, and I have over 150 books on my AVL
list. :) To get some of these moving, I'm holding two drawings, each for 6
winners who will each receive 5 books from me.
To play:
1. Go shopping on the available books on my bookshelf (please make sure the AVL
status was set by me). I think you'll find something for everyone: audiobooks,
young reader, current fiction, historical, mystery, military, spy, Cold War,
romance, a few sci-fi... 2. PM me with a list of 8-10 books you would like to
see in your bookbox should you win. In the event more than one winner asks for
the same book(s), I may use one or more alternate title(s) on your list to fill
your box. It would be helpful if you include your address as well, but if you
are uncomfortable providing up front, please at least let me know what country
(US or international). 3. Please post a message here confirming you have sent
me a PM (no need to include your list of choices here). This will make it
easier for me to track entries, in case one of the PMs gets lost. 4. I will
take entries until Sept. 1, and will randomly draw names on August 23 (my BC
anniversary) and again on Sept. 2. I will PM
each winner to confirm as well as posting results here. There will be 12
winners total; 6 winners (4 US and 2 international) for each drawing. Each
winner will receive 5 books from their list of 8-10 possibilities sent to me.
5. Have fun! 6. After September 2, all books on my AVL list will be available
for postage or trade from my wishlist.
