My personal opinion on PC vs. releasing is that it's your bookshelf, 
the books on it are yours to do with as you  please.  Unless you 
accept a book from another bookcrosser with conditions such as  "you 
can have this as long as you wild release it when you're done" or 
something along those lines, then if you want to keep a book, keep 
it.  When we release or give away books, we no longer own those 
books, we release control over what happens to them.
