I agree - I have read both and they are very good books.

The Secret Life of Bees (Sue Monk Kidd) - Starting a bookring I
LOVED this book and want to start a bookring. It's The Secret Life of Bees
(Sue Monk Kidd) http://www.bookcrossing.com/---/4848528. If you're
interested in the bookring, respond and let me know and I'll include you!

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time I want to start a bookring
with one of my books "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time"
http://www.bookcrossing.com/---/4848390. Anyone interested? I REALLY loved
this book and want to share it with others and see how they like it too!

I also have a release challenge...
1st Annual 'Promote Animal Adoption' Release!
This will be the first year of the 'Promote Animal Adoption' Release
Challenge. It will begin Midnight (your time) May 1st, 2007 and end Midnight
(again, your time) June 30, 2007. What this book release is about is helping
animals to be adopted by releasing books with the message (written by the
BCer) "Save An Life- Adopt an Animal" somewhere in them- e.g. bookmarks, the
inside of the front cover, even on the front cover, anywhere you think it
will be noticed by the next reader. A bonus would be if you also put some
literature in the book about a place nearby that does animal rescue.
The books to be released are required to have an animal as the main or
supporting character. For example, cat mysteries are good, non-fiction
animal stories, etc. Be creative!
When you post about the book you've released, post here in the forum about
why you chose that book and where you placed the message (and if you changed
it at all).
I think this will be both fun and helpful to the animals out there who need
rescuing. I've run a humane society for the past 8 years and wanted to try
some new way of helping them, and I love books and BookCrossing, so I
thought that this would be the ideal way to go about this!
So, if you're interested, post a reply and I'll compile a list of all of the
contributers.

OK... Ready... Set.... GO!
