Hi Tina, What would be "gently" used? I have books my daughters gave me to donate like Wrinkle in Time. That book has a small tear in the cover that I can repair with packing tape. Some of the pages are yellow but all of the books are readable. I would send them on Paperback Swap unless someone had a condition of "no rips tears etc"
