Nope! Actually I was a volunteer at our local library until I started 
my job at WM. The library sells paperbacks for .25 and hard covers 
for $2-5. I usually only check out audio books from the library. I've 
checked out a couple other books, but never got around to reading 
them because of book rings and such. The thrift shop I go to also has 
paperbacks for .25 and hard covers for .50 - $5. Sometimes they even 
have a sale on hard covers that have been around the store for awhile-
-5/$1!!
