Interesting project! I did a quick Google search on the
keywords "books, children, pagan" and turned up quite a few lists,
including some on Amazon.com and some on independent sites; might
provide some ideas.

Of course, defining "books for pagan children" could be a challenge.
I noticed St. Exupery's "Little Prince" on one list, for example, and
I'd be tempted to add Burnford's "Secret Garden" on a list of my own -
in that one, the children do use a common Church of England hymn,
but they also wind up celebrating the rebirth of the garden and
having their own rituals to summon "the magic". So those are books
that might be of interest to people with pagan beliefs, but may not
be written expressly for pagan children, and certainly might not be
very explicitly pagan. Not sure whether you want to specify a
boundary or just to find as many remotely-pagan-friendly books as you
can!

Other books that I'd nominate: I'm in Charge of Celebrations (
http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/3040822 ), by Byrd Baylor, and
When the Light Turns Into Night (
http://bookcrossing.com/journal/2949955 ), by Crescent Dragonwagon;
neither are explicitly spiritual that I recall, but they resonate
with a sense of being mindful of one's surroundings and appreciating
them. (Baylor's done other books along those lines, from Everybody
Needs a Rock to The Table Where Rich People Sit (
http://www.bookcrossing.com/journal/3829283 ).)

Don't know if that's the sort of thing you're looking for, but I hope
it helps.
