If this is still for 4.3.0, I'd rather hold looking at this issue until we wrap
up 4.2.0 so that we don't make stabilization harder. In general, I don't think
there is anything badly wrong with the periodic full gc approach, but I feel
that there must be a more sophisticated and possibly better way of doing it.
Let me ask again, do you guys need to make progress on this now?
