Nice work.!!! Patch Looks good.
I have some small suggestion here.
1. Instead of building AddRequest/ReadRequest everytime we call
addEntry/readEntry of BookieClient, its will be better to build inside
BookieClient itself, and pass onto PerChannelBookieClient. It will reduce many
file changes in current patch.
