Which jira caused this change? I think we need to update the release notes on
that jira. However, I just tried to resolve this jira to check if the release
notes box is there (like we have in zookeeper jiras), and it isn't. There is
problem some configuration we need to do to get jira to show the release notes
text box when we resolve an issue.
