Hi Guys Cased closed (I think). After a lot of testing of various 'fixes', in the end it was down to something more mundane. In spite of me thinking 'nothing had changed' in terms of the setup, I recalled that I had also just installed a new PC placed in the vicinity of the router. This new PC was one of those 'All in one' affairs with all the electronics packed into the screen. Trouble was, the router was right next to the screen.
I've now moved the router as far away from the PC as the cable will allow - and for about 12 hours now, there's not been a hiccup in the wireless connectivity - and all radios are wirelessly connecting with the router OK as well. Anyone out there sufficiently knowledgeable about these things to comment on whether the PC *MIGHT* have been the culprit - or is that just my wishful thinking? Thanks for all you help to date with this little problem!
