I did not mean it's an opinion about the Boom in particular, but about longevity of surronds depending on material. I recently tried to replace the rubber ones with a foam one. We'll see. Having said that, my Booms had issue more after 3-4 years but not 1. LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
