Not sure, I had just run across this stuff previously
so I put it up there for related interest.  The only 
thing that we might want to is someone to compare 
the C# XML/XSLT scheme against Docbook and the C++ 
XML.  There might be some valueable ideas.  But 
this is purely optional...
