I think we should integrate the C++XML XSLT with the DocBook XSLT
stylesheets. We need some of their tools to help us get more out of the
documentation system (e.g., generation of testcases from tutorial text),
and we may want to do DocBook customizations, both of which are easier if
we have the source in our own CVS. If there are no objections, I'll be
importing the DocBook XSL stylesheets and moving all of our XSL
stylesheets within that directory tree.
