Hey, look, big distracting thing! <points off in some random direction>

[http://www.cs.rpi.edu/~gregod/boost/tools/boostbook/doc/html/ has now
magically reappeared - sorry!]

Nothing wonderful. The documentation should give you an idea of how to go
about writing BoostBook documentation, and there are lots of examples ("Any"
and "Array" are good starters, because they are simple). One big thing I
really need to fix: ignore the comment in the documentation that says you
need to patch Doxygen, if you plan to use Doxygen. That's no longer
necessary.

You mentioned an interest in Doxygen before: the string_algo library
(currently in the sandbox) uses BoostBook/Doxygen, so it is one good example.
Also, my (unreviewed) tribool library (in the Boost files section) is
documented with Doxygen/BoostBook.

And, of course, we'll be glad to answer any questions that come up.
