Looking at the first version of Boost.Build docs in Boost.Book format, I've a
some questions. For reference, the source is in

   $boost_root/tools/build/v2/docs/userman.xml

and produced output is at

    http://zigzag.lvk.cs.msu.su/~ghost/Boost.Build.docs2/

1. I still see

    Last revised: , at GMT

footer at the front page, and elsewhere. It it normal, or should Boost.Book be
fixed? Or I should enter 'last-revised' data manually somewhere? Doug, you
said in a private email that it should be fixed, but I seem to have
up-to-date Boost.Book and the problem is there...

2. In http://zigzag.lvk.cs.msu.su/~ghost/Boost.Build.docs2/bbv2.howto.html
there references to chapters are rendered as:

  Chapter , Tutorial.

Looks like chapter number is missing?

3. In http://zigzag.lvk.cs.msu.su/~ghost/Boost.Build.docs2/bbv2.faq.html

the programlisting has no space after it -- it's immediately adjuacent to next
list item. Is it an error on my part or rendering problem?

4. It would be nice if nagivation links worked in some way even when images
are turned in in a browser. At the moment no links are shown in this case.
How this could be changed?

Thanks,
Volodya
