Oh, hell. I fixed it for real this time. 

If you'd like to get real revision dates/times in there (instead of the blank 
line), add the attribute last-revision="$Date$" to the top-level element in 
each file. Then, once you've checked in the code (so the keyword is 
expanded), the "Last Revised" line will come back with something that makes 
sense.

I had chapter numbers turned off... I've turned them back on, but I'm not sure 
how we want to handle these. Sometimes they're nice, sometimes they aren't.

I don't see this problem. What browser are you using? 

If you want to enforce spaces, you could (probably should) wrap the paragraph 
"A good question is why ..." in a <para> element.

I'm a little confused about what you mean. What was the first word of "in in" 
supposed to be? The images are there for me and all have "alt" tags? Or is 
there something else we should do?
