A recent change has caused some of the links in my doxegen-generated reference section to break. In particular, I have an enum that was getting emitted to a file named:

enum.boost.xpressive.regex_constants.match_flag_type.html

but it is now getting emitted to a file named:

id239467.html

This gives me no way I know of to link from my user's guide to the documentation for this enum.

On a related note, BoostBook has <classname> and <functionname> for linking to classes and functions, but AFAICT it doesn't have an <enumname> tag that would avoid this problem. Does anybody know how to reference an enum in BoostBook?
