I notice the boost docs you put up have the same problem.


They don't.

Clearly, the style sheet is not being applied here. Ths source for this page has:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="boostbook.css" type="text/css">


but it should be:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="../boostbook.css" type="text/css">
